JUNE/JULY
"Senior Wellness"
Most people don't realise that their cats and dogs are considered to be of a senior age when they reach 7 years old. Most pets don't show any signs of slowing down but it is still important to realise that there are many diseases associated with old age that can be prevented, delayed or successfully treated. The most common problems vets see senior pets coming in for consults include obesity, arthritis, tooth & gum disease, tumours, impaired senses, kidney disease, heart disease, liver disease and behavioural changes.
During the months of June and July, Vetcall is focusing on working closely with you and your senior pet to evaluate their general health and help you understand the physical changes that aging has on their mind and body. Vetcall are offering 25% off IDEXX senior wellness blood tests & 50% off urine testing when you come in for a senior wellness consult.
